I would not recommend this contractor. His work was OK, the hardwood floors came out nice as well as our staircase, when it came to the kitchen and entertainment built in that was contracted he just stopped showing up. Jan was not reliable to complete work, always had some excuse why he could not finish. I signed a contract in June of 2019 and we were still without a kitchen well into the COVID shutdown (FEB 2020). After the shutdown we had to sign an exit agreement. I had to get another contractor to complete the work, nobody should be waiting an entire year for a new kitchen because your contractor failed you and you have to hire a new one. IF you want to be lied to over and over go for it. If I had not pressed legal action I doubt the money I paid for an expensive countertop would have been used towards the granite installer that was already booked. I lost so much time and money.
