Horribly. This is the second big storm of the season, it started snowing early this morning. As I write this, it's 5:45 pm and they still haven't come to plow. I had a similar experience last week. On that occasion, I spoke with the office who offered some weak excuse about why they hadn't come to plow. (On that occasion, snow started approx 5 am and they came for the first and only plow run at 4pm). Prior to signing, staff claimed they start plowing in the middle of the might and make multiple passes. These statements are completely fraudulent. I would NEVER recommend this company for any service.

BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! We used them for snow plowing a few times this year and I have never been so disappointed in a service. Not only do they do such a shoddy job that we consistently had to re-do it, this winter we had the worst experience happen...
There was a particularly bad storm in February and we were on vacation. We called to have our driveway plowed prior to us returning from a week away. We arrive home exhausted from a day's worth of flights only to find our driveway NOT plowed and feet of snow that we have to walk through. After calling Albany Nursery, we not only did not get an apology, the rudest woman I have ever encountered essentially says it is not their fault and their drivers were out all night and were too tired to come by! She then proceeded to blame US because we do not subscribe to their winter snow plow plan! After essentially begging her to send someone, and calling a dozen times, we finally hear a plow many hours later - except all the person does is plow all of the snow in one straight line at our garage door! We ended up having to not only shovel the entire thing ourselves -- no, one straight line does not cut it and having feet upon feet of snow covering your garage does not either. I called the woman back at this store and once again - NO APOLOGY - and, once again, she actually blamed us for this happening.
The only thing more offensive and terrible about this experience was the bill this woman actually had the nerve to send us for this! After not paying it, we called and told them exactly why and the woman actually had the nerve to AGAIN blame us for this happening. No apology. No accepting responsibility for an incredibly terrible service. I am still shocked by the whole experience - it is truly the worst service I have ever had since moving to this area 2 years ago. 
STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE - even if you are desperate.

They come without notification. Clean up: raking all good, but billings are vague. No communication unless they are called. Good work. Leaving a note that they had come and what they had done would be a benefit to their business.

They show up when they want.  They never tell me when they are coming.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB. I KNOW THEM PERSONALLY. THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS IN EXCESS OF 20 YEARS. SOMETIMES, THEY SEND ONE OR TWO PEOPLE TO DO THE JOB. THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS WITH COMMUNICATION.
