Went well; installers arrived at agreed upon time; they did a clean professional job.

Awesome job. Carpet quality and price was great. Installer was fantastic. Owner was responsive, and went above and beyond to find the best product for the best price, and scheduled installation immediately so we could have it done before our furniture arrived. Nice to find an owner who cares and does all he can to ensure customer satisfaction.

Installor Dave get a great job. Took his time and made sure everything was to my liking.

I walked into the showroom in Latham, they had a cheap roll on sale that was perfect for my tenants. Everything from purchase to installation was very easy and the work was done well.

I know that I may have paid a little bit more using a small company over a big box store but the difference is the quality of the customer service and the great installation experience.
Seamless from start to finish, we had a large bar / rec room area carpeted with a bit of flooring ... we also had a staircase carpeted  The installers were great, Dennis was fantastic and the experience was painless from start to finish.
I'll be using the Albany Carpet Warehouse in the future.

The quality of the carpet is good and the installation went well.  The installer did put a hole in the wall during the install.  He offered to fix it but we decided not to do it because it was in the back of a closet.  The price was not reduced due to the hole in the wall either.

THEY SET UP THE THING. THEY SENT THE INSTALLER. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO COME ON ONE DATE BUT HE DIDN'T COME. HE SHOWED UP LATE THE NEXT TIME. HE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY TACKED DOWN THE CARPET WHICH ENDED UP CRACKING THE CONCRETE WHICH LET WATER COME IN. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM.

WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE HERE, THEY WERE. THEY HAD A LARGE SELECTION OF CARPET AND VINYL TO CHOOSE FROM. THEY WERE VERY HONEST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. I PICKED THE VERY BEST THAT THEY HAD SO IT LOOKS GOOD. THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK. I THINK THE PRICE WAS MODERATE.

THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE AND HAD A REASONABLE PRICE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING THE CARPET. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR CALLS PROMPTLY. THEY WENT ROOM BY ROOM SO THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE TO COMPLETELY MOVE OUT. THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK AROUND US, SO THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING.

THE IN-STORE SALESMAN WAS RESPONSIVE AND HELPED WITH THE PRICE. WE HAD A COUPON THEY HONORED. THEY HAD SOME EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTIONS WHEN THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET. THE QUALITY WAS PRETTY GOOD BUT NOT EXCELLENT.

IT WAS GOOD. IT WAS QUICK, EASY AND THEY HAD EVERYTHING THAT WE WANTED. WE DID A LITTLE BIT OF COMPARISON SHOPPING AND FOR THE SIZE AND THE QUALITY OF THE CARPET WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE PRICE.
