Home advisor states that the contractors per their terms and conditions agree to accept their ratings. Also, per HomeAdvisors internal process the contractors cannot use ratings as a bargaining tool. The contractors employees pulled up the insulation at the soffits in my attic and removed the existing baffles (which were in every bay) to apply the mold remediation product and the after coating product to the underside of the roof decking. When the after coating product was dry they were supposed to re-install the insulation and baffles. They did not re-install the insulation in many areas of the attic, and they re placed every other baffle to the soffits. John at AirWater was notified, he sent the employees back, they still did not re-install the insulation properly and did install the baffles in every bay, but some were installed too high, so they did not direct the outside air effectively up the bay. After the 2nd time they came back I had already asked a private contractor to check what was done. He determined that the installation of the insulation and baffles were done improperly, and he completed the job at a cost. Moved his schedule around from outdoor work to indoor work to be available due to cold weather returning, the heat being turned on in the house and potential further damage from heat rising from the living area to the attic space from improperly installed insulation and improperly installed baffles. John from AirWater Environmental did want to know why the private contractor did not check AirWater Environmentals employees work before they left the 2nd time. The private contractor is not an AirWater Enviro employee and is not available at will on AirWaters timeline to be available to check their work. John at AirWater Environmental did re-imburse me for the private contractors completion of the job. He also wanted no negative review. AirWater did apply the after coating to an area of the ridge vent, no air exchange occurs there. In areas along the ridge vent it looks like mold is still present, cannot tell if the mold remediation product was applied to kill the mold. I would not recommend.

John was accommodating with the weather conditions and my schedule, and even with the incorrect contact number I had given him. He arrived on time was direct with me, took time to discuss reasons for my situation--why & how things are the way they are==giving me proof/evidence: check & balances to properly solve my condition in my home. I would highly recommend Him.
