Mr McGunness and his do outstanding work. He gave me an estimate and thats what I paid, even though I added extra work on him ( nailing mouldings, putting mouldings in my livingroom, and more) His employees are very polite, and courteous. I would recomend him anytime. I am very pleased. He took some terrible floors which had not been taken care of in over 50 years and made them beautiful.

Danner and the crew did a great job. The price was good. They helped move some of the heavy furniture. They taped closets to seal it. The floor looks fabulous after.

They were easy to work with and very professional. The owner knows a lot about wood flooring as he also owns a business that sells it. This was helpful because one of the stairways they sanded was really old and he was able to explain what it would look ike before we sanded it I was really happy - they were inexpensive and high quality, which is hard to find. I am really picky and they quickly fixed the minor issues I found. If I hadn't seen them recommended here I might not have tried them because their quote was lower than some other companies..

The same day that I called for an estimate they came out. They were professional and had our floors done in a week. They completely cleaned up after the job and we are happy with the results.

I would say that it was pretty good because they did a beautiful job. I was very happy with the work. They gave me an estimate and they were more or less right on. They were busy, so they didn't get the job done as quickly as I would have liked, but they did a really good job of cleaning up when they were finished.

It was fine. It wasn't exceptional, but it was fairly reasonably priced. They were also very quick and very easy to make an appointment with. They finished the work in time.

The experience with Adirondack was very good. I read Adirondack's advertisement in the Yellow Pages and was attracted to the line which said that the owner Danner McGuinnes would give an immediate quote by calling his cell phone. I called Danner and he gave me a quote for the dining room floor of $600. This was the minimum charge for sending out a crew. I didn't think this was unreasonable since another company told me their minimum charge would be more than that. A two man crew arrived the next day and sanded the floor and applied two coats of polyurethane. They returned the next day and applied the third coat. Two weeks later, I called Danner and we arranged for the living room floor to be done for $600. The same two man crew arrived the next day and did the work. They were efficient and professional. The floors look beautiful. It was good to be able to talk directly to the company's owner and get next day service on work that needed to be done.
