I contacted ACQ because I was in need of a new laptop cord. Unfortunately they did not have a new one in stock that would fit my computer. Ahmed searched around and found a cord for one of their laptops that did fit. I wasn't able to purchase it because he needed it for his computer, however he let me borrow it for a period of time with a promise to return it which I did. I greatly appreciated this since I needed to run to a business meeting which would have gone very poorly with a dead laptop. He really got me out of a jam and I am very grateful. Thank you so much!
