She gave me all tour info insights into my first trip and what to expect by way of travel and how things would happen once therein. It was my first trip overseas and she was encouraging and excited about my trip. Walked me through the entire thing, so my confidence was great while traveling. I had to call her with a question when I got to the U.K. and she was responsive with immediate info. I am already using her service to set up another trip.
