Description of Work: We had this company recommended to us from word of mouth. We were looking to get a new concrete driveway put in at our house. We got quotes from a few companies. They were the lowest quote (should have sent up red flags--we know more now). Once the contract was signed, they kept putting us off. They were always extremely hard to get a hold of and it would take them several days to a week to return repeated phone calls. They finally did come to start the work. They worked for about an hour with the bobcat. They tore up the back 1/3 of the driveway in front of the garage. They then deemed it "too muddy" to continue to work and told us they would not have time to complete it. We were left with a HUGE 3 ft deep hole which measured about 20' x 20' right in front of the garage. I understand that weather is weather and no one has control over that. However, if they had been true professionals, they would not have started the job at all. I pay someone to do something because of their expertise. In my opinion, they had none. I was extremely disappointed. They came back later in the day, dumped a load of gravel into the hole (which did absolutely nothing, it was still a HUGE hole), and charged us $100.
