"I'm sorry it is boiler season. And you were looking to just have your boiler checked. Not to say that's not important. But everyday we get calls in with no heat or to much heat and or water is leaking on the floors from somewhere in the house or at the boiler itself. So yes you are correct we did have to reschedule a 2 times with you because of those reasons. When your boiler is working perfectly fine and I have a 80 year old couple Who has no heat we prioritize the call."
"we went to the ladies house, assess the problem and gave her several different options to fix the heater and different heaters with different prices. At that point we told her we did not take credit cards at that point. Our processing company was down, at that point she accused us to be fraudulent and scammers. at this point, we told her we accept all other forms of payment and needed a deposit and the money for the Heater to proceed in which we did not and she left a very nasty review."
