After showing him where the nest was, he told me what he’d have to do to remove it (dig under a fence & move some stones); the nest was removed & I haven’t had an issue of the yellow jackets coming back.

The guy that came to inspect our cottage he spent as much time as he needed to. He answered all our questions and tailored the application. They were very conscientious and environmentally sound and kept us informed and showed up at the right time. They were expensive but my overall experience with them has been good.

Very professional company. We request to be here when the spraying is done because windows all have to be closed and all pet dishes put inside - incudes the bird feeders and hummingbird feeder. We have used them since 2005 and will continue to do so. The technician explains everything and is very polite and professional.
