Brian worked by the hour on this last job and I didn't pay him, my husband did. I just made up the number above to fill in the box.
Description of Work: Brian does it all. He recently helped with our new cedar roof. He did the flashing and standing seam copper roofing for the dormers. They are beautiful. He has helped us with this house for more than six years. He has done everything from masonry work to cabinet building. We hired him because we wanted to respect the historic nature of this house and Brian was able to help us with that every step of the way. He has a nice eye for design. We spent a fortune on an arcticet for the addition, but in the end we threw away the plans and had Brian build us one of the nicest kitchens of anyone I know. He lives and breaths old houses, he takes them down and stores them in trailers and then puts them back up somewhere else. Recently he camped out two weekend mornings and before 5:30AM at a site more than an hour from his home in order to save a building. We joke that Brian, my husband, this old house and I are all going to grow old together.
