Amazing. Ilkb Richmond Hill is a very clean center. The location is easy to get to. The instructors are profoundly amazing and are super patient. The ambience, and the music we workout to gives you that fun environment to get you through the intense workout. The instructors are helping me reach my fitness goal. In 1 month I was able to increase my endurance and I am seeing results in my body's tone. I am happy with the decision of signing up with them, I have no doubt that i will reach my fitness goals with their help. This is the best hour of my day. Fit Fam 4 Life.

The ILKB Richmond Hill is a great place to go and get a good workout in. The instructors are very motivating and encouraging. I highly recommend this place.

Customer Service is excellent, the fact that the instructors really want to work with you made me feel like I made the right choice by joining ILoveKickBoxing. They work with you to find a routine that is right for you, you are not forced to do anything you cannot do. I have improved my flexibility and strength. ILKBworkout has changed my life overall, I am more confident in my daily life. My overall experience with ILKB was excellent. I was able to overcome many challenges such as the strength exercises and throwing the punches and kicks, which I was unable to do before ILKB. The staff was awesome, Anthony, Melz, Chris, Adam, Miles, Judith, please forgive me if I left out anyone. I met so many wonderful friends as well. Everyone was friendly and pushes each other in class to be successful and to accomplish their goals at ILKB.

I just started a few weeks ago and all the instructors are super friendly and really easy to understand even when you make mistakes. I wanted something to really make me sweat and you'll really feel it in just the one hour for each session. I never felt uncomfortable from day one and everyone makes you feel at home. They'll remember your name from day one and I would definitely recommend this location
