They're excellent. They were excellent about the whole job and I didn't expect them to fix it like they did. I looked them up and I saw they had good reviews.

We needed to have our washing machine checked because of a flooding issue in our laundry room. We we're sure what was wrong, so we called Sierra Nevada Appliance to come diagnose the problem and fix it. Of all the companies we called, they were the only one that would come out the same day. The technician arrived on-time and was professional. He took apart the washing machine to make sure it wasn't broken. He couldn't find anything wrong with the machine, but when he checked the drain in the wall, it turned out it had been so cold that the water in the pipe trap had frozen and was preventing proper drainage. So it turned out the flooding was from the blocked drain overflowing and not from a broken washing machine. They charged $100 for the visit, which I found just a bit steep since they didn't have to fix anything. Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again. However I wish it had been a bit cheaper since the technician was only there for an hour, and didn't have to do much.

Everything went very smoothly. Technician was on time, thorough and knowledgeable.
Part was a rather obscure one, so took a bit of time for it to be received by the company.
Replacement of part went smoothly as well.

Needed to have our top-loading washer looked at for overflow issues. This was the only company that could come all the way out to Cold Springs on the same day. The technician arrived on-time and was professional. Was very thorough in investigating the problem. Turned out the only problem was the standing water in the drain pipe trap for the washer had frozen solid, so when the washer went to drain it all flooded out the drain hose in the wall.

They were effecient and showed up when they said they would. They were pleasant. Did the job correct the first time. They do call you back, but it did take a little time for that to happen.
