house cleaning
+ -1 moreOwner now calls this business KB Clean. Good the first year then fell apart after owner starting hiring and expanding. Not accountable for lack of cleaning and actually states that she "doesn't believe that the customer is right." Over-supplied vacation rental and charged lots of money to shop and resupply. Does NOT believe in customer satisfaction, so will never offer a free or discounted cleaning when job was poor. Only positive is that she always showed up when scheduled.
