Great service person (Sele).  Did a great job with the water heater - we get hot water almost instantaneously throughout the whole house now.

Price was way too high at $1295. installer reused the old connecting pipes at the top. Too much bending stretches and thins the metal which will probably cause premature leaking in the near future. New connectors should have been used.

Charged $250,to replace a hot water line on water heater, part cost less than $10 at Lowes.

Ask for some plumbing, told a outrages price.

He looked at the heater and told us what the problem was. Gave us an estimate then replaced the defective part. He was clean and tidy. I would hire him again if needed.

The water was so high.  They replaced my water shut off valve.  They cleaned out all of the vents.  They worked with the gas company to inspect for leaks.

I was very pleased with the service! Before contacting Marraccini we had contacted a local plumbing company and they stated that nothing was wrong with our pipes except we didn't have any ventilation. We continued to use the house for another week before we could absolutely no longer even flush our toilet. We then contacted Marraccini for a second opinion. That is when we were told that it was just a clog in the pipe and that it was easily fixed. They were right!! Within a couple hours I had running, and more importantly, draining water! I have never felt more happy to take a shower in my own house! I would use Marraccini again in a heart beat!!

I decided on this company because they have been in my town for 30 yrs and they do know their stuff.  The only problem was the bill. Here is the breakdown:    Dispatch    $ 60.00    Standard Service Call

I would not use this company again because I believe their pricing is too high for 30 minutes of work.  But if you happen to be lucky enough to afford this company in today's economy I would recommend them.
