Jerry's Appliance is a one man operation and he does sales, installation and repair. We had previously purchased a washer and dryer from him and were happy with the service and price. I needed an air conditioner unit installed for central heat and air. Jerry came out and measured and made a materials list. He called when he had the materials ready and we set a date for the installation. He even offered to do the install on a Sunday as that was the only day I had off. The installation went smoothly and quickly. He made sure I was satisfied with the work and made sure I understood how the unit operates. He also made sure the area looked good when he finished. He tested everything and even asked my wife if she was happy with it. I am very happy with his knowledge and work. While he was at my home, I asked him to listen to our dish washer and give us an estimate on a repair. He gladly checked it out and gave us the options. Since then, we have purchased a dish washer from him and it should be installed next week. Jerry is always very friendly and helpful.
