Clear Choice Home Inspection Services

I called Clear Choice Tuesday late afternoon and within one hour Ken returned my call. He was able to schedule us in Thursday early afternoon as we were only in town for a few days. He was on time, very professional at all times. The inspection took the full 3 hours he estimated and he was extremely thorough. I have had quite a few home inspections prior and this was much more extensive than any I have seen or even heard of.



He completed the inspection at 5 PM and we had the completed report before noon the next day. This was excellent service.

Despite the fact the inspection went well and nothing major, I appreciated the fact that everything he found no matter how insignificant it may be cost wise, was listed. Photos were provided in the report anytime clarification would be helpful. The report was 23 pages long and I could not be more impressed.



As a business owner myself I also appreciated the professionalism he displayed, and taking the time to answer any questions. He did not attempt to upsell or "recommend" specific contractors. The sellers were very impressed as well with the inspection. I can't think of anything he did not inspect.



Further, Ken always seems to end the conversation with "If you have any other questions please let me know". It is refreshing to see this type of no nonsense service. If I had to sum up using a one word description it would be: "INTEGRITY"!!
