Mitch ordered the part came back a day later. Before he put the part in, he said he wanted to do some pressure checks as he thought something was wrong with my system.He found a dead squirrel in the pipe.It had fallen in from the roof. That was what had caused the part to fail.He cleaned up the dead squirrel mess put in the new part and got the back furnace running within half an hour. Next he fixed the other furnace by finding cracks in the pipes that when repaired made everything else work to perfection. Mitch save me a fortune! The house has been toasty warm ever since he left - I cannot thank him enough!
