Victor Fernandez (Vegas Vic)

II had a leak in the bathroom/hallway.  I called this roofing company to fix the leak.  I was told that I needed a whole new roof.  I agreed and paid this roofer.  In the first rain storm, the bathroom/hallway leaked again.  I called Mr. Fernandez and he came out.  He told me he fixed it and apologized.  The next rain storm, the same thing happened again and again Mr. Fernandez came out.  This went on for a short period of time.  Then Mr. Fernandez just stopped coming.  I would call, make an appointment, rearrange all my plans to be at the house and he would never show-up.  In this last rain storm, my living room is now leaking; Las Vegas, NV, does not have much rain so the full extent of his Incompetence was had to determine.  My daughter, who live with me, called him and asked that he come over and look at all the leaks now in the living room, including the stains on my ceiling, and he made an appointment for today, August 25, 2012. He not only did not show-up but he did not call.  When I called him about his missed appointment, as always, his phone went to voice mail.
