They were fabulous, ten out of ten and they did a great job.

Dan and Julie have been taking care of our pest control needs for well over a year now.  Not only have we had far fewer pest issues than our neighbors (who also have pest control companies servicing them), the care and communication we have received has been impeccable.  Dan takes the time to listen to my young son, who is the one who plays in the back yard and knows where he's seen bugs.  They worked out a system where my son will make a chalk X on the wall near where he sees a bug so that Dan will know to take particular care in that area on his next visit.  I've texted pictures of creepy-crawlies I've seen while out and about to Julie, and she gets back to me ASAP to let me know whether I need to freak out or not.
From the beginning there was no contract, just a reasonable request that I give them a try for two service appointments.  After those two service appointments, I had no desire to switch to anyone else.
