From the very beginning, Steve was professional and listened to what I was looking for and worked within my budget. He did not try to show me properties that would score him a big commission, but did show me properties in areas in the places I requested and in the price range I could afford. I was still living in another state at the time and in between my visits to Nevada to go house searching, Steve would go and check out properties that looked good on paper for me before having me come out to see them. He scheduled appointments and grouped showings together so I could search intensely during my visits. He really listened to what I was looking for and took notes on each home as we went through them. He helped me find my 1st home out here and is now my agent as I am looking to buy my next one. He has spent numerous hours with me yet again, and always follows through with phone calls and e mails. He has been a wealth of information for me and has also helped me secure a dentist, bug guy and handyman in addition to being a caring, ethical real estate agent and broker. He has checked up on me and in with me over the past 4 years on a regular basis and gives true meaning to customer service.
