K&W Cleaning Services

K & W Cleaning took over the company one of the cleaning services that I found on Angie's List. I told them I needed two bathrooms cleaned and the floors of the rest of my single story home cleaned. No baseboards were to be included. My floors consist of carpet, tile and Pergo. The day they were suppossed to come they cancelled. Wendy told me that her partner Keisha decided that she did not want to do the work for the price we decided on. I told her that was extreemly unprofessional and they knew that I could not do the work myself because I had shoulder surgery two weeks prior. I said that they should at least come this one time and if they decided they did not want to come back that would be fine. She made a call to Keisha and they decided to come that day.
They did not have the proper cleaner for my Pergo so I supplied my own. The shower stall floor was not adequately cleaned. I was told that their green products could not clean it.  I cleaned it myself, one handed after they left.
After seeing that my house was not "dirty" and easy to clean they decided that they would come every two weeks. The morning of my next appt. they canceled and rescheduled. The third time they again canceled and had to reschedule. That cleaning they were here only one hour and fifteen minutes, not the usual two hours. It turned out that they forgot to clean the laundry room and master closet floors.The bathroom fixtures were also not completely cleaned nor the shower head. The previous time I said that I wanted these done. The shower stall was again not cleaned. The fourth time they were due to come they canceled and rescheduled three times. The last time was the morning of the scheduled time and after I made three calls looking for them. My call was returned one hour after the time they were supposed to be cleaning. Wendy said that her partner quit and she could not clean that day. She then said she was booked until next week. I asked her if she could reschedule her appt. for the next day since it had been three times for this date that they canceled. She said no because that house they made $240.00 and won't lose out on that money. She promised to call the next day to see what she could work out. Surprise....she never called. I would not have used them anyway at this point. The cleaning was okay but not complete and the continual canceling is very unprofessional and in considerate.
