Insurance Agencies
It is a national company with offices all over the United States. I told them another insurance company from my homeowner's association was not giving me the information I needed so I called the national office and they gave me someone there who helped me. What stood out to me was the fact that they covered many, many things in my house, especially in terms of the structure of the house, which they did not have to do. They went above and beyond to help me. Sometimes it took a couple of days for them to call me back after I left a message for them. They seemed to be so busy that I never, ever got the person. I had to leave a message and they would call me back.
