Elias Medina

Elias was recommended (by a concrete contractor) to finish out a paver patio installation.  Reviewed the project with Elias and he estimated costs to do the job.  Agreed upon an install date.  He repurposed some existing stepping stones already on job site and estimated the need for more.  Elias picked up supplies and carted them in his personal truck as I had no way of transporting the supplies (i.e. concrete, sand, (30+) 16 x 16 stone pavers.  He arrived and immediately got to work.  This was a comparatively small project to finish out a backyard walk through that previously was just dirt, rock and weeds.  Elias worked hard and continuously to finish the project.  Am pleased with the outcome.  All material costs were covered separately from his fee of $300. The entire project was probably $500 including materials.  Great guy, hard worker and even his young son helped him out.  Would hire for a future paver/stone project.
