They were thorough. They don't come and look at the property so I had sort of a price. They had a $250 minimum. I told them over the phone what I needed done. They said they were sure it would be covered by the $250. When he got here, he asked if we had anything else we needed because he would have a little extra left. We said he could scrub the stairs a little harder. He did and he charged me the $250. They did a fair amount of carpet and they did a good job. They finished it nicely and they came on time. They stayed approximately the time they said they would be here. I was happy with them. I did call and check around and I thought it was a very fair price.
