All Green Landscape

We asked David Trujillo, the owner of All Green Landscape, to come over and do some work thru an employee (Dave Kuntz) who worked at Moon Valley Nursery. We had a plan and set a price for $1,200 to put in a few lantanas, about 10-12 Mexican birds of paradise, about 60' of irrigation, and two bush removals. All Green told me that they would be there early in the morning but didn?t show up until 11:00am. I came home from work to see how they were doing and found that they planted VERY small plants. The lantanas were small box (no more than $3 each x 6) and the Mexican birds of paradise were almost stick-like (3-gallon and almost dead). I explained my unhappiness with Mr. Trujillo and he told me that he would get with Mr. Kuntz to figure something out. Unfortunately, I paid them in advance but still felt good because I thought that all of my concerns were going to be addressed. After All Green left, I noticed that the irrigation was just barely covered with the landscape rocks and would easily be punctured if someone walked on them. Additionally, the drip heads weren?t pushing any water out. The next day, I got on the phone with Mr. Kuntz to see what we could do about the ?no water? situation and to see what we could do about the mini-plants. At this point, my main concern was that the new plants weren?t getting any water. After many unreturned calls/texts/messages, Mr. Trujillo never fixed anything and both he and Mr. Kuntz became very unresponsive. Ultimately, I have to take some blame for 1) paying in advance and 2) not getting anything in writing to the sizes and quality of the plants. All Green knew what our ultimate goal was to get our backyard in shape and did shoddy workmanship and we feel that they pulled a fast one on us. The funny thing was when the last I saw Mr. Trujillo, he indicated that I spread the word of his brand new business and he would give us a kickback. HA! I wouldn?t recommend these guys to anyone. All in all, we would never use these clowns again and we learned a very expensive lesson.
