They were friendly, nice, and timely, however they talked to each other a lot and they borrowed my sweeper and did not empty it, they also borrowed furniture wax.

Yolanda presented as down-to-earth yet professional. She clearly knew her profession and took pride in doing things well. She offered to do several things I had not asked, such as storing my plastic bags more efficiently and putting foil on my stove burner beds. The business side of our relationship took a hit, however, when she lost track of when she was supposed to come one month. There were several interactions: first, we talked about the date the previous month when she was there and she wrote it on her planner. She then texted me the Monday of the week before she was schedule to come (on a Tuesday) and asked if she was supposed to come the following day. I said no, the next Tuesday at 9am. She said OK. Then, the next Tuesday morning came and she never arrived. When I finally got in touch with her around 10:30am, she said she had thought she was supposed to come tomorrow, Wednesday. Throughout this conversation, she was polite but not apologetic and mostly focused on getting me to agree with her plan of coming Wednesday morning. That didn't work for me and I ended the service, although if I can't find a better one in terms of service, I would go back to her since she did do a good job cleaning and she is a generally nice person with whom to interact. There also was one day where I had to re-schedule at short notice and she accommodated the change well.

They came in, looked around and each took different rooms. Cleaned, dusted vacuumed mopped, cleaned shower and tub ,windows iside and out and left the place very clean and tidy.

They were a bit late, however once here they got down to business. They cleaned, swept, scrubbed and wiped everything that was listed. They even swept the front porch.

I have had Yolanda and her assistant out to my house twice. I admit I am very picky and for me they do a pretty good job. The house looks clean but they don't clean as deeply as I would like. When I close my mini blinds in the evening I still see lines of dirt on the back of every slat. I finally had to wipe down my bathroom wall myself to remove the hair that was clinging to it. I will try again to explain the level of cleaning I expect when they come next week.

I found them on Angie's List. They charge $90 a cleaning, which is a little high than what I thought I saw on Angle's List. I thought it was going to be less than that. But they are doing a really good job, and we are just taking in one week at a time. They do an excellent job, and they do a very, very thorough job. They came at short notice the first time, which I really appreciated because I had a vent that I needed someone to come and they came. They are very accommodating, and they do a careful job. So I am very pleased with them. The one thing that stands out the most about my experience with them is the care that they take with the work that they do. The price is a little high than what I had been paying. I had been paying $75-$80 before. So $90 seemed a little high, especially since we don't have a very big house. I do find it a little high, but they are doing a good job. Maybe I don't know what the current going rates are, but it was a little high than what I had paid. They are going to coming regularly for me now.

I called Yolanda on Thurs to arrange a deep cleaning of our new house. She came over that afternoon to do a walk through and give me an estimate. She said she will come on Saturday to clean it as we were moving in on Monday. She was running just a little late on Saturday but so was I so it worked out well. Yolanda and Carla showed up with cleaning supplies and vacuum in hand to to a thorough deep clean. Yolanda also gave me recommendations for a professional window cleaner and a landscaper for future use. They stayed for about 4 hours and did an outstanding job. I will definitely be using Yolanda's housekeeping services in the future!

Yolanda and her team are terrific. They came for the first time in early Sept. and did a thorough deep cleaning, then have returned twice on a every two week schedule. They are very accommodatiing with our travel schedules. Each time they have done a wonderful job. They will continue on a 2 week schedule!

It went - and continues to go very nicely.
Yolanda comes every other week with 1-2 assistants.
At first, I had to remind her of my own pet peeves, but that's normal.
I have already highly recommended Yolanda's services to friends.

Showed up on time, Were well prepared. Told us what they were going to do. Did it. Did not charge an arm and a leg. Great team and Yolanda is a great leader.

They did an excellent job. My husband was in charge of all the things that day. He was very impressed with them. They were quick. They were efficient and very thorough. I would use them in the future; I have plan on it. I’m planning to call them to do the cleaning in my new house.

Yolanda and Reyes have cleaned my home three times now and I am very happy with their work! They always go the extra mile without having to ask like cleaning the bedding or emptying and loading the dishwasher. Currently they come every two weeks but I'm seriously considering asking them to come weekly. The house just feels and looks so much cleaner after their visit.

Yolanda responded promptly to my initial telephone call, and came and gave me a very competitive quote. Then her worker and she showed up on time and worked almost 4 hours to make my house shine. They did not stint on any details, even ones I didn't request, like changing my sheets.

Yolanda called me back the same day I contacted her from the Angie's List site. I left a message saying I'd be working, but my retired husband and she could arrange a good time. The arrangements went quite fluidly. On the day of, they were amazing -- venetian blinds, cobwebs from a vaulted ceiling, corners I'd given up on. They even went into my kitchen drawers and cleaned out the silverware containers. We have a very active dog and a cat, both of whome track stuff through the pet door and onto our carpets. We also live in the south part of Reno which is very windy and dusty which leaves everything inside coated with dust.They took about four hours, but the house was quite dirty. I was so pleased and thought the price was quite appropriate for two people tackling a dirty house.
