"All we have to say is that Robert B was impossible to please. We went above and beyond on his project. He called me three times and I went back those three times. Every single time I went back to see him, he kept adding extra work that was not in the contract that we both agreed on and signed. On top of that he was always very disrespectful."

"We did the job and you were very happy. I sent you photos and you gave the ok on everything we did. This customer's back yard had suckers in it and we suggested to have the lawn replaced. We did reseeding to try and help the lawn look better as the customer did not want to replace the lawn. We went a second time to mow the lawn and he was not charged for the second service. We also cleaned on the other side of his fence as there was a lot of suckers there as well. We did the best we could given what the customer wanted and feel we provided a fair price. To get their lawn looking the way they want, I believe it will require an excavator and sod to be laid. Their yard was not regularly serviced so it will require consistent care and likely to start over to take care of it, which this customer did not want to do at this time."
