Intro and Planning the Project: Shemss, Inc./ Flooring Lane were very knowledgeable and helpful at coaching us on picking the correct flooring product for our condo. Never pushy and brought multiple samples to use several times until we pinpointed exactly what we wanted. A few weeks later, the Demo Team showed up exactly on time. The team was very conscientious, and completed the entire demo on the first (very long day). Installation took the next 4 long days. Excellent quality work. They consulted us on any small changes they deemed necessary. Installers showed up exactly on time every day and worked until dark. At the end of each day, they completely cleaned up their work areas and swept up construction debris. We were very happy with the whole project and final result is stunning. I would/will absolutely use Shemss/Flooring again for future flooring or remodel projects.
