Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Tenant called me to tell me that the heater wasnt working. She knew the Technician and told me that it would cost approximately $160-$80 for the part. Labor was not discussed. The Technician repaired the heater quickly, but the bill for the part was $230, 35% higher than quoted. He charged $80 for labor
