I contacted Water Unlimited in Sparks Nevada and they cleared everything up. Thanks to them for their understanding and promptness. I understand they are good at what they do which according to my source was water systems connected to city systems. For all I know they are good at everything to include wells.
I'm glad I took my questions to them before I complained on here because they cleared everything up.
For me this is the BASIS for good commerce in America. If you have a problem, contact the provider of service or parts and give them a chance to reconcile.
If you are a company or provider, be glad and encourage unsatisfied customers to complain to you because as you know you often get a satisfied customer and good publicity out of handling the complaints satisfactorily. Sam Walton of Wal-mart has a very great return policy and they haven't done too bad.
