+ -1 moreThe co-owner came and gave the estimate. On the day of the move they showed up on time. I was moving less than 15 miles. They estimated the move would take 4-6 hours. In the end it took them 13.5 hours and the total cost was over $1200.00, when the original was $500. I felt they low billed me purposely. They moved slowly and they had no hustle at all. They did damage a piece of art, but the movers did have it repaired. I had downsized on my move greatly, and for their thrift store I gave them over 100 hard bound books and 25 unused, brand new wine racks, which I provided for free. I have moved 26 times, and this was the worst move I have had. Later after the move, I wrote them a letter and advised that I was unhappy with their services and attached a list as to why I was unhappy. I never heard from them again.
Description of Work: They helped with a local move.
