Tires Plus Total Car Care - Sparks

I called and asked for prices for the above work. They gave me a price that was equal to most other places (except the dealer) and then told me about the coupons that they had on their website. Those coupons saved me $20 on the lifetime alignment and $10 on the oil change. They were done before their estimate and I will be returning for other services. Great job and excellent customer service.

We've been going to Tires Plus for several years for most of our auto needs and repairs, first at the Prater Way location, and now at Galleria Pkwy since Steve, the manager, transferred there. Steve has always been honest with us and works hard to give us the best prices. Highly recommend.

I have always purchased Costco tires so have free tire repair with Costco, but when I purchased a new car Costco wouldn't touch the tires that came with the car. Lots of construction where I work and I have had two flat tires which were very promptly repaired at Tires Plus. And the last flat I had there was some question about whether the tire could be repaired, but they found it could be repaired and did so. Additionally I griped about several other costly repairs I had on things that day and after my tire was repaired the manager told me he knew I had a bad day so he didn't even charge me for the repair.

Angles all now in spec except one, 0.01 degree was unable to correct without extra cost minor repair. Manager suggested this was good enough not to worry about for now, saving me $60 to $80.

Everything that they did for us is excellent. If there would be any problems or concerns you can bring it back to them and they would redo the work. They're very thorough. They check everything and make sure that parts are mechanically operating. Overall they provided us an excellent service.
