Greg was very good with communication letting us know when his team could start, how long the project would take. and always asked if we had questions. His team was on time and followed the schedule. They cleaned up after themselves and always were willing to answer any of our questions. The work was well done. Had one area we were concerned about,  but  after talking to the crew the issue was addressed to our satisfaction. We will use them again.

The team from Tile and Stone creations installed a detailed tile-floor design, custom tile surround fire place, kitchen back-splash, full guest bath redo including tile and quartz counters and full master bath remodel including tile floors, shower and granite counters.   The attention to detail is noticeable, clean tidy lines, no flaws, no mess.   We are extremely pleased with the work, and the team is very easy to work with and trustworthy.  Would highly recommend them for any tile or stone project.

Okay, how to begin? First, these guys are awesome. The quality of the work they did with a challenging floor installation was outstanding. It was clear whether I was there or not and whether I would even see something or not that they would take the time to do it right. Second, we ran into several genuine surprises during the demo and install process and while I increased the amount I paid them a bit there never was a feeling of being nickel and dimed or bait and switched. They are a family business and it feels like they run it as such. I could go on but I won't bore you. If you already have an installer you love, great. If you are looking for one you can have complete faith in to do it right, then I would definitely talk to Greg.

I have been a professional project manager in large scale construction for 20 years. As soon as I met Greg I knew he was the contractor for me. Greg met every single deadline and provided excellent communication throughout the project. He and his excellent staff were punctual, polite and professional. The quality of their work was excellent.

I felt completely comfortable leaving my home open for them each day. I am convinced Greg and his staff have the highest integrity.

I interviewed 2 other Angie's list candidates, and Greg was the only choice.

Greg came to me through a referral.  He was on time, answered all my questions and provided me with a detailed quote.  The work began on time with demo.  His team took the time to fully enclose the bathroom with plastic and cover all the floors and stairs with drop cloths.  They then returned a couple of weeks later after plumbing and framing was complete (again on time) to do the work.  They setup the saw outside to keep things inside clean. This meant they had to go up and down the stairs dozens of times a day.  
They did a fantastic job and would not hesitate to hire them again; in fact they are scheduled to do another bath next month.  Every question and concern I had was addressed.
The job took a total of 10 days.  They were never late, left on time and always professional.

Awesome job!  Brian gave incredible attention to detail.  Greg was very responsive and great at facilitating our project to completion.

Greg gave me a good estimate and a lot of advise on what needed to be done. The crew showed up at the scheduled date and time. The tile was set and ready to go within the time they estimated. I'm very happy with the job they did. The tile looks excellent and the they were very professional.

Greg was very responsive in contacting me and giving me a bid for the job. The bid was very detailed as to what he was going to do.We accepted the bid and set adate for him to start the job. On the selected date he and an employee showed up at the time agreed on and started the job.They were very respectful of our home and put down canvas over all of the carpet they had to walk over. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time and I am very pleased with their work product.
i will use Greg again if I need tile work in the future.

Greg and his crew did an excellent job, in spite of the fact that my house was even less square than most houses.  They spent the time needed to do an excellent job.  I plan on having the same tile installed in the family room and kitchen.  Greg will be hired to do the job.

Greg and his team did  a lot of work for us a few years ago and we are getting ready to have him do a lot more.
I am really picky, lol, and Greg and his team did a fantastic job! The best tile work I have ever seen! The granite was a work of art. One seam in the entire kitchen. My sisters kitchen, done by a big box store, had seams every 2 feet.

Greg and his team were very professional, clean and courteous.  They completed the job professionally and on time as they informed.  We were very pleased and their work looks great.  We would use them again.

From the very first day, when Greg came to look at our bathroom remodel project for an estimate, my husband and I were impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism.  We received some other estimates, but selected Tile & Stone Creations largely because of this - and from the outstanding reviews on Angie's List.  We were not disappointed.  Our project ran into several roadblocks which were due to the constuction issues with the original homebuilder, Centex.  Greg kept us informed every step of the way, gave us options, never pressured us one way or the other.  The most appreciated element, though, was the artistry and exceptional work of his "tile guy," Brian Marley.  Brian told me one day that he would never grow up.  
    "Look," he said.  "I get to play with mud and do puzzles every day."
We had a death in the family at the time the work was done and only one person remained at home while the rest attended services in the midwest, leaving two yards and multiple animals needing care.  I never had a second thought about leaving Brian alone in our home while having to attend to the other house.  He is the harderst worker I have ever seen; arrived on time every day and worked consistently throughout the day, only taking a 30 minute lunch break.  He could have made shorter work of some of the elements but instead he made them exceptionally beautiful.  When the plumber arrived to do his portion of the remodel, he was so impressed with the quality of the work that he took pictures of it!  He said there are a lot of really bad tile guys in Reno but that this work was simply excellent.
Greg told us that he is very picky about the people he hires and you can count on that.
Would we use Tile & Stone Creations again?  Absolutely.  I do not think we would even consider anyone else.  I wish I could give them six stars instead of five.

In a nutshell, Greg and Brian were thoroughly professional.  Arrived on time, kept work areas as clean as possible, worked around our needs, kept us informed, and offered excellent suggestions when consulted.  Will be doing some additional work in late summer - early fall and Greg is already aware.  Tip of the hat to Brian.

I liked what Greg had to say so we hired him immediately. The $1330.00 was for installation of about 210 square feet of porcelain tile and repairing the tub surround. All three bathrooms are small and there were a lot of cuts. His cost covered the backerboard, morter, grout and labor. We supplied the tile. (Tile was about $430.00 at Home Depot). Greg and his crew finished in a day and a half.
They showed up on time each day, covered all areas where they worked and walked including the stairs. These guys were friendly, curtious and professional.

I had to have 4 tiles replaced and re-grouted in my restaurant. Found Greg on Angie's list. He came by a few days later, did a quick estimate, then did the work within the next couple of days. It was a small job of floor tile in a high traffic area. Greg did the work and we were able to walk on the tiles again the next morning. Perfect and the price was VERY fair.
