Wow! They came out 2 days after I called to do a estimate for a dog run fence on side of our house.
I had 2 other companies come out and give bids, one was much higher and the other was a bit lower
but took a whole week to get them out and he showed up late.
We went with a metal bar fence and gates (5 ft high), Tholl was busy, so we had to wait about 4 weeks but they came
when they said they would and finished the job in 2 days!  This was with snow on the ground!!!
Looks great and is sturdy, our 2 huskies love their space (25ft wide x 60ft long)!

Great company!  The provider called in advance to confirm appointment for estimate and arrived on time.  He did a check of entire fence to be sure no additional work would be needed now.  Estimate arrived via email on time as he said it would.  Less than two weeks later, the installer called to make appointment for installation.  He also arrived on time and if there were any clean up that needed to be done, he did it.  I say "if there were any clean up" because other than having a straightened fence section and steel post, it was impossible to tell they had arrived - that is how good the clean up was.  He even avoided trampling my flowers, which I fully expected as they were right next to repair area.  The only thing that made me give Tholl a B for quality instead of a A was during the estimate and on the phone will the installer, we agreed the post would go on the neighbor's side of the fence.  I came home to find it on my side.  Oh well.  I would still recommend and use Tholl fence again.

New fence was custom designed. Worked closely with the installation crew for placement and specifics.

They came promptly, and left the work area spotless. All work was done as promised and they did an excellent job. They were the least expensive bid. It took a little longer than expected to get on their schedule, but I would hire them again in a heart beat. They did a great job.

My fence had went down in December. I didn't put in a claim until January and it took me awhile to decide whether I wanted to pay for it or put in the claim with my insurance. Finally in late January I had Tholl Fencing come over and do a free estimate for my insurance and sent it to my insurance and it was accepted. I then called Tholl Fencing and sent my signed contract over by email. I didn't have to pay half before it was done. It took awhile before I was finally put on the work load; but there was a lot of fences that went down in December because of the over 75 mile winds. Overall, I am very happy with the work done and they even removed the old fence.

From the first contact to the last nail driven it was a pleasant experience working with Tholl Fence. If you have a fence that needs to be built under difficult conditions, I don't think you can find a company that can do a better job.

While it took some time to get on their schedule, once we were on, the fencers arrived and were nothing short of fantastic to deal with. All on site workers were considerate and displayed a huge level of pride in their work. Did a fantastic job with the fencing itself and a great job in areas where they had to dig up concrete and reset posts. Just an absolute delight to deal with their on site personnel.
