This “cost plus contractor," profits from misrepresenting every aspect of the project, to falsely claiming the mark-ups are for supervision, to lying about the budget, the time frame and completion dates. After Suncrest cut the scope in half while continuing to go well over the original budget and dismissing each and every concern during the first year, I filed a complaint with the Nevada State Contractors Board and hired an attorney. Legitimate customer questions were treated as preposterous, and when Suncrest made mistakes, they blamed the customer and subcontractors. Suncrest refused to return to the job when asked to be accountable or transparent about the schedule, budget or project completion. This company is not to be trusted.
