Ian and his co-worker arrived on time, set up their equipment and got right to work. They have a barricade to keep our cats from getting out through the door where the hoses come in. They don't just clean the carpets and leave: they use a carpet rake to raise the pile, which allows for faster, even drying and erases the tracks left by the machine.

All of the floors were beautifully cleaned.

Spifco was awesome to work with. Ian was a pleasure to work with and the work done was very efficient. My carpets look brand new again.

Mike cleaned my wool rug and it looks great! We have a 4 yr old boy and he destroys that rug but it came back looking brand new after Spifco.

I give SPIFCO my highest recommendation! At the time that I bought my house, two local Reno carpet cleaners had already “cleaned” the carpets, but the carpets were still soiled, and within a few weeks I had filled an entire vacuum bag with dust & debris. I called SPIFCO because I am chemically sensitive and cannot use conventional carpet cleaners. Mike, the owner, happily worked with me to design a carpet cleaning plan that worked for me. We used SPIFCO’s high-pressure steam made with de-ionized water, and sprayed Folex only in the areas with spots. Chris did an awesome job of cleaning the carpets, showed up on time, was very polite, helped me move some furniture, and groomed the carpets afterwards so that they looked extra nice. The results were AMAZING! My carpets now look brand new, and the air in my house smells fresh. Because SPIFCO removed the toxic chemical residue and dirt left by the previous carpet cleaners, I feel so much better, with no sinus problems and so much more energy! SPIFCO was the only carpet cleaner that “spiffed up” my carpets and made my house fresher and healthier. Had used company for windows when it was Calflex. Knew they had changed names and now offered floor care. Had them do carpet and floor tile / grout. Carpet cleaning included some heavy traffic areas. Floor tile had not been professionally cleaned in over 10 years. Could not have been more pleased with both services. The heavy traffic areas of carpet have been restored to a clean state with the pile returned to normal condition. The tile and grout look almost new. Most of the cost was the tile since that covers most of the house.

Quincy and Chris did a great job as always. Everything looks good as new. These guys are the best!!

These guys did an amazing job. The cleaner that they used took out the toughest stains and did not leave a harsh chemical odor. I wish I had them do the whole house, but I will have them back.

Chris and Quincy surveyed my home and listened to my concerns.  They gave me a price for the options that I asked for.  Then began the work.  Once the carpets and laminate floors were cleaned, they cleaned up everything and were on their way.  Leaving my floors and home looking better and fresher than when they arrived.
