Sparks Florist

I don't use them that much, but when I have used them, I have been happy with what I got.

I was in need of a last minute, unexpected christmas gift...called Sparks florist, told them my price range and they created a beautiful centerpiece. Very professional and accommodating! They delivered the flowers on time and the recipient loved it! I visited a few days later and was super impressed by the arrangement. Great experience overall.

I spoke with several individuals at the store until I was sure that the flowers would be just right for my wife. Unfortunately, they had no vases in their store that were big enough to hold the flowers I wanted and that did not look like a cheap, disposable vase. One of the individuals, who I believe was the owner, came over and we discussed what I wanted and he told me that he thought he could get what I wanted and that my total order would be around $400 (I had already been quoted $275.00 for the flowers) but if it would cost more how high could he go. I told him I would go up to $500 for the arrangement and the vase. After ringing me up for $550, including tax and delivery, I left the store. My wife loved the flowers. The day after my wife got her flowers I Called Sparks Florist to thank them and to get a final price. I was informed that the vase was $100 but that the total order was $550. The flowers were what I had ordered, for $275 and the vase was $100. But my total was $550. Watch your pockets if you use this florist and you better have everything in writing. I just left the owner on the phone, or at least I believe it was the owner, continuously explaining to me how $275 dollars plus $100 dollars plus tax and $12.99 for delivery added up to the maximum amount I was willing to spend for flowers for my wife $550. At least they nearly got the flowers I ordered correct and my wife was pleased. I am not so sure how pleased she would be if she knew how much we spent on a $400 flower arrangement. I hope she never finds out.
