Eric was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to stay in our budget. The installer payed great attention to the details. I was impressed with the quality of the install and materials...and I'm fussy.

Mr Nagy and his assistant Demitri were very professional in their approach on time and explained our options on how much tint we needed on different windows and even showed us different samples against the windows for comparison , after we selected the tint we wanted they wrote up a quote and offered it to us . I asked when they could start the job they said in 2 days . We accepted the quote . They were very prompt on the day for installation . We had a few more questions which they answered to our satisfaction
and did the work in a very professional manner . I can highly recommend their company and wish that more contractors were like them .....

We researched companies and products before using Sierra Window--including Angie's List! Eric Nagy is part owner and the sales representative...very professional, down to earth, friendly and a straight talking individual. Even though we had researched products, Eric's expertise was invaluable when selecting the final tints and making sure that we understood exactly what type of performance the Huper Optik would deliver.
The two gentleman doing our install--another Eric (Duran) and Dimitri (Duke)--were equally impressive: on time, polite, professional and extremely careful as they performed their work. At the close of each day, they cleaned up--they left and quot;no traceand quot; of debris; house was spotless in every area where they worked. Both Eric and Dimitri were dedicated workers and took great pride in their work. Both of these individuals represented Sierra Window Tinting to theand quot; highest customer service standardsand quot;--would have them do work for us again without hestitation!
We rated Sierra Window as and quot;excellent in every categoryand quot; . Though we checked and quot;goodand quot; for price, that was really a reflection of the product we bought and not of Sierra Window Tinting charges. A quick explanation is in order--Huper Optik is expensive no matter who sells and installs it. Mr Nagy gave us a nice discount and worked with us to provide the best possible pricing. Sierra Window Tinting/ Eric Nagy get an and quot;excellentand quot; for pricing--it was fair, competitive and reasonable for the amount of work performed/product used.
The job was performed within a week of Mr Nagy's visit/estimate to the house. Job was completed on time and on budget!!!

Really excellent experience from start to finish. The sales representative (Eric Nagy) took time to hear what we were looking for (as much natural light as possible, minimal "mirror effect" and good protection to furniture and floors), suggested a couple of great options and then patiently answered our questions regarding the pros and cons of each. When we made our decision about which film to use, Eric had the installation scheduled for the very next day. The job was just completed and the installation technician (Eric Dunn) was outstanding. Very, very careful, exact and meticulous in taking off the old and putting in the new...very skilled craftsman and pleasant guy to boot. The product itself (Huperoptik Engergy Saving 45), is a HUGE improvement over our old window film. Very glad we upgraded and used Sierra Window Tinting. Recommend them without reservation.
