I was very impressed with Ron's professionalism and his passion for customer service and satisfaction. He was great answering my questions and concerns. And -- the final cabinet products were better than I had expected.

Great experience overall!! Sierra Nevada Cabinets was not my first call, but it should have been. They don't market as heavily as some of their competitors, so I was not aware of their work. Ron came to our house. He was friendly and punctual. He listened carefully to what I wanted and made some suggestions that I actually considered and ended up going with. We have two kids with completely different needs, so their closets needed to be custom designed. First off, let me say that I was impressed with Ron's drawings. Everyone does CAD, but Ron's drawings were also in color and in 3D so it was visually easy to the eye. Whereas, a competitor sent only CAD drawings, they were NOT complete and there was a glaring error that could have ended up costing me a lot more money to fix.

Ron's estimates were fair and never changed through the process. My closets were installed about a week or so later. All the work was completeled in one day. We also have a very large master closet and if we decide to install custom shelves and drawers, I will most definitely call Ron and Sierra Nevada Cabinets to do the work.

He was very good about everything.
