Russ and crew did an excellent job all were courtious friendly and very knowledgeable,job was done as scheduled and priced well. Would recommend Sierra Design Concrete over any other in the Reno area.They hit this one out of the park A+. Jim M.

Didn't do the job according to the estimator that came out. They have sent out people twice to correct the errors and ended up making further errors. They do not follow up on what they are supposed to do.

"It is unfortunate that [member name removed] feels this way about the service that was performed by our company. Unfortunately the ratings and description of the situation are completely inaccurate. Our company did EXACTLY what our estimator described and what [member name removed]requested. [member name removed] wanted her concrete pads to match her wall around her pool but did not have the time to choose the color and requested SDC choose something close. After pouring the pads with the SDC chosen color, she decided she did not like the color. At that time, SDC offered to stain the pads to her color requirements with [member name removed] choosing the color this time. Again, [member name removed] did not like the color. Because customer service is a priority to our company, we color sealed the pads to another color of her choosing. [member name removed] was completely happy with the job and the color when we did the job in July of 2012. Now 9 months later, she called with an issue with her concrete to which we responded immediately and offered, once again, to remedy her concerns to her satisfaction. Our company has gone above and beyond any requirements to do not only what we are supposed to do but what our self imposed high standards in quality and customer service dictate."

Had other estimates, some higher and some lower. But after visiting their showroom and talking with Russell and his staff we knew who we were going to use for this job. After scheduling, everything was completed when promised and on time and within the estimate. Because they are so busy, we didn't get a call back the same day we called. The crew was very professional and went out of their way to clean up the jobsite, for some reason that is not commom with many contractors unless you demand it. Very pleased with the job and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

In short, an estimator came out and listened to my lame plan, but he was also loaded with ideas and photos from other custom work that they had done around town. After deciding on a plan, the estimator forwarded a written confirmation of the "final" plan along with a cost estimate. I signed a standard work agreement, and the work was scheduled for approximately two weeks later. On schedule, a small crew showed up to form the job and the follwoing day the job was poured. The day after that, another crew came to clean and seal the patio. Done.
