Amazingly well - process took about a week due to blowers. Service Master was very careful in removing the walls, flooring (laminate and vinyl) ceiling and baseboards. After the blowers, dehumidifier were installed (very noisy) company checked/monitored on them every day to make sure they were operating properly and drying out the walls and floors.

I came home to a broken pipe, Service Master came and they took my belonging to store. There was an item that was damaged when they brought them back.  I had to sign off and when I finally got to my sewing machine, it has been crushed.  It was a type of sewing machine that can not be replaced.  I wanted this company to give me a portion of my money to replace my machine but they said they were not going to give me anything.

Prompt service. Arrived within 1 hr of initial phone call. Very professional. Explained what they were going to do and timeline to complete work. They inventoried all items placed into storage and sent a detailed list of what was damaged and what was saved.
