Happy with brakes and water pump repair. Dissappointed they couldn't find the cause of a fuel smell and still charged me 1 hour labor.
Brought my car to them on a recommendation from a friend. The first visit I asked them to diagnose a gas smell. After a $95.00 charge they could not find what is obviously a fuel leak (diminished gas efficiency). However, the fuel smell subsided so I assumed they were correct. It resurfaced a few months later and now my fuel efficiency is greatly diminished.
However, I did bring my car to them to verify the water pump required replacement, and they did a decent job with this and the brakes(the car stops). However, like all shops the repairs cost way more than they should. They stayed within estimate. Still no comments on the fuel smell.
Decent shop to bring "out of warranty" cars to. They seem competent, friendly, and fair. I just wish somebody can tell me why my 04 Impala smells of gasoline.
Peace.
