Mark promptly arrived on the day and time scheduled which is greatly appreciated. We had an replacement Andersen Storm Door lock and handle we needed installed. Unfortunately, Andersen provided a handle and lock which is suppose to fit any of their doors, but did not fit properly and the installation instructions were very poor. Mark had to make several modifications after consulting with Andersen in order to install the handle and lock and adjust the strike plate. We feel Mark went way beyond in his efforts to make everything work. In addition, he also adjusted our dead bolt lock and front door knob to close and lock properly. The previous locksmith did not insure the strike plate and dead bolt lock were lined up to work together. We appreciated Mark's honesty, integrity and professionalism. We will recommend Reno Sparks Lock and Glass to our friends and neighbors.

The locksmith was on time and was able to help me key all of the doors to the same key even though one of the door locks wasn't the correct brand to do so. He happened to have a spare door lock at a very reasonable price that enabled me to do what I needed - on the fly. His price was very reasonable and he was done in just a few minutes. I was very satisfied.

The elderly mother of new home owners on the block locked herself out of the house about 11:00 AM and requested help. No one was to be coming home until after 5:00 PM and, as she was visiting, she did not know how to contact them (programmed cell phone was in the house). I called the locksmith and he was very cordial and said it would take 25-30 minutes to arrive. He arrived within that time frame and completed the task allowing this lady back into the house. He was corteous, friendly and very professional.
