If I could give 100+ Stars I would!!! Our water heater busted open on the top..what a mess! We were quoted December with other companies, but we called Reno Plumbing Doctor and the owner himself got us all set for the very next day! I couldn't believe it! The guys just left and I can't even explain the appreciation I have for the owner, and the techs that took care of us. Thank you x10000000000!!!! I will be highlighting and telling EVERYONE about RPD! #forevercustomer!

The man came and replace a pipe that was leaking, and suggested that I purchase a faucet to save me some money.  He installed the faucet incorrect so him and the boss came back out and it is working ok now.

It started poorly as they were an hour and a half late late. The service was done at my rental property and since I wanted to be there to see it completed properly I had left my home early - the company called my home phone and left a message (I got later) that they wanted to delay my appointment - of course i didn't know this and I called after 30 minutes. The person answering the company phone said they had had an emergency. I was stunned that they would bump an appointment for an 'emergency'. When I told them to cancel the appointment then I got some action out of them. Once they finally arrived the work went fast and efficient - but very expensive! I despise lateness as my time is money and so will not be using Plumbing M.D. again.
