cold. The first problem I discovered was my garage full of water from
the tankless water heater. They had left a drain plug loose on the
bottom of the unit and it vibrated open. Then I had to bother them to
come and hook up the a/c which they did on 4/25. My air conditioning
worked for 10 minutes and then quit. I called them on a Saturday at
9:45AM and four hours later I still had not heard from them and I had to
call again. They came out and determined the compressor kick out
because of over pressurization. It is now 5/10 and my brand new air
conditioner is not working again. I called and was told no one can come
and look at it until tomorrow. I was told the owner considered that
fair. I would not recommend anyone ever use this company for anything.
Not only do I believe they do not know what they are doing but they do
not have the people to take care of their own mistakes. You stand behind
your work and if you make a mistake do everything possible to fix it.
