Rapid Rooter was fantastic!  We just had our wood flooring replaced and moved back home to find that, somehow, part of our water line was clogged.  Water was backing up everywhere and we were worried it would get to the new flooring.  It was 5 pm on a Friday and you know no one ever answer phone calls then, right?  Nope, Rapid Rooter was contacted and Isaac called us right back.  He told us that he had 2 calls to make before us and that he'd keep us updated as to when he'd arrive.  He did exactly that.  Isaac arrived as promised, was professional throughout, and was thorough.  On top of that, he was pleasant & upbeat.  That means a lot to tired homeowners.  He logically approached the problem, reasoning out the best line of action.  He cleared the blockage in the correct pipes and did not consider his work complete until he checked and rechecked that the water drainage was
completely restored.  If you ever need a person to help you with a plumbing emergency, Isaac at Rapid Rooter is the guy to call!

Not much to say about a drain cleaning service except whether they were fast, fair, and effective. These folks were. I called at 10am and by 11:00am they were there, by 11:40 two drains have been handled and we were back in business. Price seemed fair to me. The guy was friendly although seemed a little too ready to wheel his rig over the carpet when we had to use an inside clean out for the main line -- but in fact no tracks were left.
