Ben is easy to work with. He listens to your expectations and provides alternatives to reach your desired result. Ben incorporated our modifications as the project pulled together. He also stays on budget and only exceeded the agreed upon price when incorporating our requested upgrades. His crew is extremely hard working and friendly. The crew, and Ben, take great pride in their work striving to make everything perfect. We would use this company again without any hesitation. Job well done!

Ben and his crew did excellent work. They installed a french drain around three sides of the house, removed trees and debris, and laid pavers in the patio area. And, they landscaped the whole area. They were careful not to disturb or inconvenience the residents of the house. The whole crew was pleasant, careful, and very professional. They cleaned up the whole project when completed. And, everything was done within budget and on time. I would recommend Ben to anyone I know, and hope to use him in the future.

He wants you to be happy with His work. I would hire Him again and tell others about His company. The project was 120 feet of retaining wall about 3 foot high my wife loved it. He will give you a quality Job. Clean up was excellent.

Ben and his staff know their business. I had them install a sidewalk that had to go under an air conditioner that was on the dirt. They lifted the unit and did a really nice job on the concrete and lowered the a/c unit back on the concrete a couple days after it set. They also installed a flat space where I can set up a telescope or use it for an extra patio space for a table and chairs. All work was completed in a few days, on time and budget. Their rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Property Care Systems and I will contact them again when I am ready to complete the landscaping in the back yard.
