I had a misfire on my F-150. I took my truck to two different family mechanics and both gave different diagnosis, one was for $450.00 & the other $2,200.00. After trying to figure out the problem on my own, and at my ends wit's, I called around. I spoke with Mike and really liked what he was saying. Long story short. This guy will treat you like family!!! He cares about the work he does and cares about the customer pocketbook.. Wow, I've been in sales 20 years and I can honestly say.. This guy is the real deal!! I had been experiencing SVS and SES ( Service Engine Soon, Service Vehicle Soon) codes and driveability issues for months. I was certain that it was computer related as I had multiple codes which , to me, indicated the computer and not any actual problems. I finally decided it was beyond my ability to locate and repair. I had heard of Pro Auto Service through an insurance agent who had used PAS on multiple occasions with excellent results. When I talked with Mike he told me he was not going to spend an inordinate amount of time diagnosing the problem. He called me promptly and informed me of his findings which were absolutely correct. My car has four computers and I had overlooked the one (PCM) that was the culprit. Armed with the correct diagnosis I was able to procure a salvage yard PCM and install it myself and solve the mystery. Additionally, he only charged for 1/2 hr. labor. Best automotive experience I ever had.

He is punctual. He gets the job done quick. I have had no problems.
