They did great work. I was given an initial estimate of 1100-1200 but because there were some bearings that had to be replaced along with the knock sensor and gas cap which also had to be replaced, the cost went up to around 1800.00 total I was a little surprised at how much over the intial estimate the actual cost was but the bearings were expensive. They discounted the labor on the knock sensor (done several days later to get the check engine light off so I could register the car) as a gesture of good will and it was appreciated. Car runs better and gets a little bit better mileage so I was a happy customer!

First they needed to order the door handle three days to get it,in the mean time Tom spent alot of his time trying to locate the fuse for the power port by the brake handle,no luck at first ,so he called people he knew ,used the internet ,he went above and beyond to find this hidden gem. Brought the car back when the part came in and all the work was done including the power port repair.This is my daughter's car,I would only buy a car that I knew that Preferred Auto works on.I have three cars that I take there,Their strong suit is honesty,and that goes a long way in this day and age.I recommend them to every one.Thank you Tom.

This is an ideal garage. The people do their very best to accomodate my needs. Their work is of the highest quality and I bet they stand behind their repairs (I have never had the occassion to find out because I've never had a complaint). We have had Honda's (Accord and CRV) and a Toyota (Avalon) which they have maintained. They always level with me concerning maintenance and repairs. I have never had a feeling that they recommend work to pad the bill; none at all. I highly recommend their work!
